Somatic sessions are a great way to investigate our attachments, aversions, fears and perceived limitations. They can help us find a deep sense of peace and presence in life. They're also great for expanding your capacity to try new things and take big leaps.

I don't do online booking and prefer to communicate with you directly when deciding what works best for 1-1 sessions. I'm kinda like the witches in Practical Magic, you've got to come to my house and knock on my door to schedule time with me.
