Penpa’s lived experience has been her greatest teacher. She has invested her whole life investigating freedom, Truth and love. Tibetan Buddhism deeply roots her in the pursuit of collective liberation, while modern psychology lends an understanding of the workings of the individual's nervous system.

She uses psychosomatics, spirituality and an acute awareness of the ways dysfunctional systems affect individual and collective well being to inspire healing and activate change in her community.
She has a passion for connecting dots and is relentlessly hopeful while being completely heart broken. Penpa believes in miracles and is holding space for this deep dive circle because she knows it is possible to taste freedom and be loved by the sacred in our mundane life, if we know how to pay attention and listen.
When Penpa is not teaching she spends her time realizing the dream of collective liberation through gardening and parenting.
