Positive thinking coupled with intention and action becomes reality. How quickly reality changes is often dependent on how much you trust yourself.
This isn’t some woo-woo law of attraction shit, this is simple. If you have stories of self doubt and worry playing in your mind your action will inevitably be delayed. You won’t “manifest” what you want because you’re too busy worrying about not getting it.
Yes it will be challenging. Yes you may fail 100 times before you get it “right”. This is all part of the process: intention, action, doubt, worry, reassurance, recommitment, intention, action. The worry and doubt means you’re human and that you care.
Moral of the story? Trust yourself to do the thing. When you notice yourself doubting and worrying, give yourself some grace then get back to doing the thing.
